    • values

      public static SymbolType[] values()
      Returns an array containing the constants of this enum class, in the order they are declared.
      Returns:
      an array containing the constants of this enum class, in the order they are declared

    • valueOf

      public static SymbolType valueOf(String name)
      Returns the enum constant of this class with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this class. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)
      Parameters:
      name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
      Returns:
      the enum constant with the specified name
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - if this enum class has no constant with the specified name
      NullPointerException - if the argument is null

    • getName

      public String getName()
      Get the nice name of the enum.
      Returns:
      the nice name, for combo boxes, menus, etc.

    • getValue

      public static SymbolType getValue(String name)
      Returns the enum value from the name.
      Parameters:
      name - the name to match.
      Returns:
      the SymbolType that corresponds to the name. Returns null if no match is found. Note it will check (case insensitive) both the map and the name() result, thus "Up Triangle" or "UPTRIANGLE" or "dUpTrIaNgLe" will return the UPTRIANGLE value.

      the combo box of symbol choices
